This project holds a special place in our journey as one of the first major renovations we completed as a company. We transformed this classic Toronto home with a full gut renovation and reimagined the space from the ground up. It was once one of the most neglected homes on a prestigious street, but we completely turned that around. Though the clients relocated soon after completion, they loved the design so much that they recreated it in their new home. Key features of this renovation include the open staircase and landings, a hotel-inspired principal suite, a third-floor office and guest suite, and a breathtaking open-concept main floor with a custom lift-and-slide door that opens up the backyard—perfect for entertaining and family gatherings.
